Red sandalwood plantation
What is Thirumala Sandal City 4?
It is our red sandalwood plantation project at Macherla – Durgi, Andhra Pradesh. Each plot is planted with premium red sandalwood saplings. Full details are on the Red sandal page.
What is the plot size?
Each plot is 25' × 36', with 100 plots in each phase.
How long does red sandalwood take to grow?
The project is planned around a 12-year growth cycle. Actual growth depends on soil, rainfall and care.
Is it legal to grow red sandalwood on private land?
Yes, red sandalwood can be cultivated on private land. Felling and transporting the timber are regulated and need permission from the State Forest Department. Our team will explain the process that applies to your plot.
Who looks after the plantation?
The project includes maintenance of the plantation, internal roads and 24x7 security, so you don't need to manage the land yourself.
Pricing & payments
What is the price per plot?
Phase I plots are ₹2,10,000 and Phase II plots are ₹1,60,000 per plot. Prices can change — please confirm the current price with our team before booking.
Are payment plans available?
Payment options depend on the project and phase. Send us an enquiry and our team will share what's available.
Legal & documentation
Do the plots have clear titles?
Yes. Our projects come with clear title and legal documentation, and we share copies of the documents for you to review before you book.
Can I have the documents checked by my own lawyer?
Yes, and we encourage it. Ask our team for the document set and your lawyer can review it at their own pace.

How do I book a site visit?

When is your office open?
Our office in Kallapur, Shankarpally Mandal, Hyderabad is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
